In the days when you can no longer trust any s/w that you download from the net or even from a 'renowned' magazine or publisher, and with the proliferation of spywares in the market, it is a must have for every home PC.
Microsoft antispyware has got very good reviews. I would recommend installing and removing spyware from your pc.
